Trades think in jobs, not sales stages

Tradespeople think in jobs and addresses, not accounts and sales stages. Tradeable fixes the first pain of a generic CRM with a jobs-first pipeline that runs from lead to paid.

Why a generic CRM feels backwards

A tradesperson's day is built around jobs: a kitchen repair at one address, a boiler service at another, a rewiring that needs quoting. A generic sales CRM flips that around into accounts, opportunities, and pipeline stages borrowed from enterprise software. The model does not match the work, so the tool gets used less, and the real questions, who needs a quote and what is overdue, get harder to answer.

How we are addressing it

We are handling this by simplifying and stripping away the unnecessary components, focusing only on a jobs-first pipeline that runs from a new lead through quote, schedule, and paid.

With Tradeable, a job is the centre of everything. You capture the customer, the address, the need, and the next action in one place. Work then moves along a simple path: new lead, quote sent, scheduled, completed, invoice paid. The history, notes, and photos for each job stay together, so the next visit already has its context.

What we are leaving out, on purpose

We are building Tradeable as one small, focused application that works well on a phone. There are no enterprise sales stages to map, no per-seat fee that punishes you for adding a teammate, and no feature pile that buries the work. The jobs pipeline, customer history, quick quotes, and a practical calendar are the whole product.

Pricing and what comes next

Tradeable launches in Q4 2026 at $49 per month, or $490 per year, with no per-seat penalty. Join the launch list for your first month free, then stay monthly or pay for ten months and use the product for twelve.
